WORDPRESS HOSTING & SSL CERTIFICATE AGREEMENT

Last Revised: 2/21/2020

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

PLEASE NOTE: We only offer web hosting for WordPress based websites.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

WordPress Website HostingWe place your WordPress website within one or more servers. Resources are shared between customers on the same servers; however, your site is given a unique address (DNS).

Managed WordPress Hosting. We install WordPress for you on our server(s) and retain an administrator login to your WordPress dashboard, which you will also have access to. We handle most administrative tasks, including Domain DNS management, automated website backups, WordPress Core & Plugin updates, and enhanced website security.

Business Email Addresses. In order for you to utilize our email server(s), we must manage DNS for your domain and your domain must point to our Name Servers. We will do the initial configuration of your email addresses for you and we will retain administrative access.

SSL Certificates. Unless you have requested otherwise, we will automatically install a Free Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate on your website domain to assist in keeping your website and customer’s information secure.  You may choose to purchase a Premium Comodo Secure SSL certificate for a fee and display a Comodo Secure Seal on the front end of your website, displaying to your customer’s that your website is safe & secure.

  1. ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS

Storage Capacity. The amount of usable storage capacity for each hosting account is limited to 5GBs total. If you are reaching your allotted storage we will contact you and request that you pay for additional storage or delete/archive old files or emails. Any email addresses you may have with us also count against your allotted storage.

Hosting Account. Each Hosting Account is limited to one (1) WordPress website installation.

Account Dashboards. We do not offer dashboard access for your hosting account; including DNS management, creating FTP users, adding/deleting email addresses, or making any server-level changes. You will only have access to your WordPress Dashboard to make changes/updates to your website. We do all administrative changes that are needed for your hosting account. You can submit any requests to support@responsivegeeks.com.

Migration of Servers. As a normal course of business, it may be necessary for us to migrate our servers. We do not guarantee that your website or hosting account will maintain the same IP address at all times and you may be randomly assigned a new IP address, even if you have requested a dedicated IP.
